1. No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once a script or asset has been downloaded or the license has been issued, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in cases of accidental duplicate purchases or if the product is proven to be completely non-functional after extensive support effort from our team.

3. Chargebacks

Opening a chargeback or dispute through your payment provider will result in a permanent ban from our store and all future updates, as well as revocation of your licenses.
